Transportation will be provided free of charge, for the following locations and times. Transportation requested outside of this is subject to availability and student charges. Requests for transportation must be entered by the Sunday prior to the break.

Enter your student's travel plans into MySchool before the deadline
Check the bus leave times, posted in the houses, the week of travel
Travel must be entered by Sunday prior to the break, or Brentwood transportation cannot be guaranteed.

Information on luggage, if travelling with more than two large bags, boxes, or any kind of sports equipment.

Early leave and late return transportation requests must still be entered into MySchool before the deadline and are subject to availability and student charges.

During the week of travel, bus leave times will be posted in the student houses. It is important this information be checked well in advance of the travel day and that the pick up location be noted. Last minute changes and missed pick ups can be heavily disruptive to the rest of the student body.

Students should make sure they have all their luggage and required travel documentation, the night before travel. Students must be at their pick up point by the bus loading time. The bus will not wait for late passengers.
Campus staff work closely with the transportation team to ensure the safe departure and arrival of students on campus. Should students make alternate arrangements for travel, it is helpful to notify the houseparent as soon as possible so that transportation can be notified. No-shows can slow down the departure of buses, which has a knock on effect for the rest of the student body.

Please look for Brentwood transportation upon arrival to the airport or ferry terminal. If a ferry or flight is delayed, please notify the student's house parents, who will update transportation. If Brentwood College School cannot make the new pick up time, the student will be notified of alternate travel arrangements, via email.
