Brentwood College School Provided transportation

Transportation to and from school approved airports and ferry terminals at designated times, is free of charge. All other family requested transportation is charged at the following rates:

Single passenger trips

Departure Bay/ Swartz Bay Ferries $150

Victoria Airport $150

Nanaimo Airport $150

Hullo Ferry $150

Downtown Victoria $130

2-3 passenger trips

Departure Bay/ Swartz Bay Ferries $85 pp

Victoria Airport $85 pp

Nanaimo Airport $85 pp

Hullo Ferry $85 pp

Downtown Victoria $75 pp

4+ passengers

Departure Bay/ Swartz Bay Ferries $60 pp

Victoria Airport $60 pp

Nanaimo Airport $60 pp

Local health appointments up to 3 hours

Cowichan Valley $75

Victoria $100

After 3 hours

Additional $35 per hour

Other Services

Unaccompanied minor service $35 per hour

All other destinations and appointments $50 per hour

Day bus use for boarding students $20 each direction

Occasionally, Brentwood transportation cannot fulfill student trips due to driver or fleet capacity, most commonly around major leave dates. In these instances, we will look to book one of the following providers, and notify families directly of any charges due.
