Student creates new leave request in Reach
Families and house parent approve the request
Transportation is arranged by the school
Requests must be approved by Sunday prior to the break, or Brentwood transportation cannot be guaranteed.
The bus schedule will be posted in the student houses, the week before travel. It is important to check this for accuracy well in advance of the travel day and that the campus pick up location be noted.
Students should make sure they have all their luggage and required travel documentation, the night before travel. Students must be at their pick up point by the bus loading time. The bus will not wait for late passengers.
Campus staff work closely with the transportation team to ensure the safe departure and arrival of students on campus. Should students change their transportation plans, the house parent must be told as soon as possible. No-shows can be very disruptive to the rest of the student body.
Please look for Brentwood transportation upon arrival to the airport or ferry terminal. If a ferry or flight is delayed, please notify the student's house parents, who will update transportation. If Brentwood College School cannot make the new pick up time, the student will be notified of alternate travel arrangements, via email.
Please look for our Brentwood drivers upon your arrival. They will be in uniform and at the following locations:
