School Scheduled Leave and Return Travel

* Brentwood College School provides the outbound walk-on ferry tickets for school approved sailing times charged at BC Ferries advertised rate. Families are responsible for the student's return ferry ticket arrangements.

Late Departure Requests

Students needing to stay past Closing Day (due to lack of flight availability) should seek house parent approval to stay. Please look for confirmation from the transportation department that transportation is available. Approval for staying on campus, does not guarantee Brentwood transportation availability, families may need to make their own arrangements, using an external provider.

Once a Request Has Been Submitted

During the week of travel, bus leave times will be posted in the student houses. It is important this information be checked well in advance of the travel day and that the pick up location be noted. Closing Day departures are always from the Foote bus loop. 

On Closing Day

Students should make sure they have all their luggage and required travel documentation, the night before travel. Students must be at their pick up point by the bus loading time. The bus will not wait for late passengers.
